On January 21st, Yingxin International Trade (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. successfully completed its first import customs declaration for Russian rapeseed oil, with an import value exceeding RMB 20 million. This marks a breakthrough in the import of grain and oil commodities in our city, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of foreign trade.

In 2025, according to the work deployment of the municipal party committee and government on the import of bulk commodities, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade encouraged and supported Yingxin to develop its import business of bulk commodities. They assisted Yingxin in obtaining the national automatic import license, enabling the company to have the legal qualification to import bulk commodities.

At the same time, they also helped Yingxin apply for a food business license, providing it with all the qualifications necessary to cooperate with COFCO Oils & Fats Group Co., Ltd. Next, Yingxin will carry out import business of bulk commodities such as aluminum ingots, rapeseed oil, beef, and chicken feet, with an expected import value of USD 200 million in 2026. The import of bulk commodities not only improves our city's import level but also makes a positive contribution to the national trade balance.
