In order to facilitate the correct declaration of commodity classification by consignees and their agents for import and export goods, and ensure the uniformity of commodity classification, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of Commodity Classification of Import and Export Goods of the People's Republic of China Customs" (General Administration of Customs Order No. 252), the General Administration of Customs has formulated the 2025 commodity classification decision (see Annex 1), and has invalidated some commodity classification decisions (see Annex 2), which are now announced.
This announcement shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
